TBH, the team we fielded tonight is only marginally more talented than the Wiz (and that's me being overly homerly). Zero effort in the first half and you get a loss. This team - without Miller, Melo, etc. - needs to go 1000% every game to have a chance to win.

Mark could’ve had a 40 20 game if he would’ve not had his head up his ass in the first half.

Apathy

this is what happens when you tell guys maybe next year maybe next year maybe next year.

Loser/Roll over mentality

The result of "we only need to tank one more year and we'll get the draft pick we need" for four years.

This franchise as a whole is devoid of talent, especially when injuries hit like this. Is there a better way to acquire more promising basketball players than the draft? If you were to look at the recent Greensboro boxes, THAT team is missing Wong, Simpson and Diabate* because they are needed on the Senior squad, who tonight was missing Lamelo, Miller, Mann, Cody, Okogie and Grant. I'm not very knowledgeable about the cap these days, but are there guys that could be signed that are better than Green, Micic, Jeffries, Wong, Simpson and Diabate? Charlie Brown Jr.? If they could do that and they haven't, that's disappointing, but they would need to sign multiple guys, right? Can we get better without a greater quantity of quality players? I'm up for whatever trade that brings back some more of those, but I don't know what that looks like. So roll the dice on the draft and hope the new guys have a better plan? What is the way out without the draft?

The Wizards team was clearly more talented with the addition of Brogdon. It in fact was pretty clear all game that the Wizards had more talent.

Everyone except Miles, Mark, and NSJ are basically G-League/replacement level

That was crazy. That's why I love Terrence so much. He gives zero ****. I was shocked. He's ripped a team before but I've never heard him go off on a player like that. And it was 100 percent justified. Mark has been hot garbage in the first half all year. The difference between him and the first half and the second half this year is night and day. Go look at his splits. First half mark is literally one of the worst players in the nba. Second half mark is a top five center. I don't know what's going on with him or the coaching staff that's leading to such disparity. Is he only capable of playing well when the other team is up 20 points? It's bizarre

I feel like if any team in the league goes 0 and three versus this wizard's team they should automatically get relegated to the G League.

I certainly hope so, because going 14-68 just to get Salaun’s twin with the sixth pick doesn’t strike me as the pathway to success.
