10pt lead at the half. Knicks can't throw it in the ocean right now and the Hornets are bringing great energy.

Mark with 11pt 7reb 2blks in the first half.

I’d highly reconsider trying to trade Mark in the offseason

Mikal Bridges is the kind of guy we’ll highly covet when he’s a run down 32 years old and he’ll come in and have some 20 ppg on 52%ts season, go to a contender after and average 6ppg and retire at 34. Actually that’s like half the Knicks roster

Him and Melo have some real chemistry.

The team is going to be years away from the playoffs either way, why not give them a shot to figure some things out. I don’t feel like we should be trading good young players unless for an exorbitant price.

I wish this didn't need to be said. I have no idea why they were trying to trade him in the first place.

It's pretty simple he doesn't fit what they are trying to run.

Lee system requires all 5 positions to be able to shoot the 3 ball. Mark just doesn't bring that skill set.

It's why they traded Richards and why they now trying to trade Mark.

I don't agree with it, but it's clear they want a floor spacing center.

I thought they only considered it because the offer was good.

If they shop him in the off-season I think it indicates that Lakers were right about his future health

Two players I bag on a lot came out with a lot of energy tonight in it really helped. First of all that version of Mark is the version that needs to show up next year. He's starting to look a little quicker and get some of his energy back. Let's hope that trajectory continues into next season. Second of all NSJ looked like he had a serious pep in his step to night. He looked quicker and more assertive than I've seen him in a long time.

One more thing. I am here for all of the moose three point attempts. I don't care if he goes 0 for 25 the rest of the season. Now is the time to get those repetitions going. It's his best path towards consistent playing time, as a 4.

I would take him making over 60% from free throw let alone make a 3, his shot form is completely busted lol. I mean it is whatever, but unless he rebuilds that jumper all together he isn't breaking 20% from 3 ever

Yeah maybe. But the best thing they can do right now is get some film of what that shot looks like in real game situations. Doesn't hurt anything for moose to launch one to two threes per game if he's playing at the 4. In fact I wish Mark would launch them as well. There's absolutely no reason mark can't be at least as good of a three point shooter as nurk.
