Hammers: bobcats Vs cavs

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Sat Jan 12, 2008 3:24 am

3 - Nazr
2 - Crash
1 - Hammer

I changed my vote. I was thinking about it last night and the 3 times that JSwish had his pocket picked cost us badly and after being on fire he was ice cold for 3 qtrs.

Hammer was more balanced for 4 qtrs

1 - Carroll

JRich disappeared, what happened? Oh well, we knew he couldn't be Larry Bird forever.

Ehh no other recap from me, too disappointed in the tough loss and losing Ray for possibly a long time.

I will say this, Emeka Estinkafor MUST go!!!!!!! Stinky is bad karma for this team.

At this point, it's only going to get lower.

Why are you being so difficult Walt? Can't you just move on and accept the obvious, which is Okafor needs to get the hell out of town ASAP?

And you just can't admit that a big man on our team is actually outplaying Okafor. Evidenced by your choice of hammers tonight. :wavefinger:

He schooled the scrubs, because he comes off of the bench. He was the guy on the floor getting lit up by Varejao! He has a -9 +/- and he had 21 points/ 15 rebs.

Why am I being so difficult? Because this is the same damn thing you did to Jrich!

Personally, I think Mohammed should start either in place of McInnis (before the Felton injury) or, during Okafor's slump, in his place.

I'd like to have seen either:
Felton/Carroll/Richardson/Wallace/Okafor or
Felton/Carroll/Richardson/Wallace/Mohammed

because those are our two most effective lineups with 50+ minutes.

Varejao didn't do much at all in the third and fourth quarters when Nazr was in the game. Big Z had 14 points and 7 rebounds in only 23 minutes. Also a bunch of those rebounds and points that Varejao got was against Mek!! Varejao played 41 minutes and Nazr only played 28!!!!!!!!!!!! So who was he going up against?

Mek had his chance in the OT's and as usual, BLEW IT. It's a rare occurrence nowadays when we say Mek had an impact on a game. But so far, we've said that a lot about Nazr in his short time here. Also, the team gets into a nice rhythm on both ends of the floor when Nazr in the game by himself without Mek. Thats a FACT!

Bowser, that's not a fact, that's an opinion.

Saying, "Felton, Carroll, Richardson, Wallace, and Mohammed are the most effective 5 man unit we can put on the floor"--now that's a fact (+35).

Saying that Felton, Carroll, Richardson, Wallace and Okafor is the second most effective 5 man unit we can put on the floor and possibly the most effective because they've seen twice as much court time, so maybe the Mohammed example is a factor of small sample size, I just don't know yet because it hasn't been very long", is also a statement (though a run-on).

Anyway, meet me in the Okafor Suddenly Sucks thread and we'll do some real talk, but let's not do this in the Hammers thread.
