I responded "lame" to Fats post in the other thread. In Raleigh we had no local feed of the Suns game, but I guess Steve Martin mentioned at some point that Jrich was invited but declined.

For a franchise that has had almost no representation at the All-Star festivities (and, no, I don't consider the rookie/sophomore game much representation), I think it's a pretty big disappointment for him to turn it down.
It might not mean much to him, but it would mean a lot to Charlotte fans. We don't get much publicity as it is, so it would have been nice to turn into All-Star weekend and see one of our players participating.
