Quoted for **** Truth! The renewal of my season tickets is in jeopardy for the first time in franchise history next year. If they don't show me something, I'm going to send them a message.

Double post of anger!! GRRR! :banghead:

Seriously though. I'd have no problems with any of those trade ideas.

Sean Williams has shown some things in tonight's Rook/Soph game (although, predictably, no one is playing defense). Also, he really looks like Andre 3000, and that's always a plus. We could reunite him with Jared Dudley, who looks like Riley from the Boondocks (really funny cartoon) and build a team of lookalikes around them. That's what I would do as GM. Imagine how much fun SteveMorrison could have with the game threads in that scenario.

I've always thought that when Luol Deng smiles he looks like a Ninja Turtle

edit(s):

And during the Bucks game in Milwaukee I made that comment about Charlie Villanueva being a ringer for their mascot (no horns, obv.)

I will grandstand about this point, make a big fuss, and contribute nothing else of value to the conversation.

Carry on.

I think this thread is a little different than the paragraph you wrote on how you were okay with the Herrmann/Brezec move (which was board consensus at the time and is a capped, bold DUH at this point). Sorry for busting your balls about that post Fluffer, but I apologized in that thread immediately afterwards and I've let these potshots go, but move on. I found it annoying that you chose to not post your opinions in the 2 other Mohammed trade threads because if everyone did that we would never get a thread past page one, but you're obviously still bitter over it, maybe it's time to move on, k? How's this--the board is dead and I dread reading new posts because they're so redundant--post as many Fluffer opinions threads as you want! I loved your literary inspired posts from the beginning of the season! You'll catch no heat from me, promise.

Anyway, Bowens and I envision a very similar team structure. Like other posters have said recently (Fats, Bass, Chabber), I'm ready to make a move just to change something, although the non-Bobcat fan in me that's an NBAhead thinks this is the worst possible reason to shake things up.

Question: You're the biggest Nets follower around, how do we make salaries work? Okafor and Marcus/Sean have a multimillion contract differential. Until this year, Antoine Wright could be included and call it a deal, but he's played much better so I'm sure Thorn would balk at Will/Will/Wright and a 1st for Emeka. Maybe we just remove the pick?

Sean Williams showed at the end of last nights Soph Vs Rook game the thing that worries me the most about him. Not sure if you guy's caught it?

Is the players were "high fiving" after the game he got up in LMA's face, stuck his middle finger up at him and told him to go "f*ck" himself.

It's that sort of stuff, stuff that was brought up before the draft and helped his stock to slip, that makes me wonder how long he'll last in the NBA and how much of a high risk/high reward he is.

I didn't watch, but it makes me wonder...

Is it better for a player to NOT be agressive and have to learn that (indeed, can that even be learned?) or to have an overly agressive player who has to learn to tone it down?

Obvious reasons for the question.

I think there is a difference between being agressive and being a problem child.

If you remember, Alonzo Mourning was overly aggressive and actually fought everyone he could get his hands on during his first year or two in the league. Now, he is a sure hall of famer and is seen as one of the league's good guys. I think its much easier to tone down aggression than to teach it.

Zo was never seen as a bad person just overly aggressive some times. Williams has had drug and attitude problems along with the aggressiveness. He is not the citizen Zo was and most likely will never be.

Hope this isn't too much for you to handle Bowens and tips you over the top?
