I don't think that you can answer the Felton question given your answer to the Vincent question. For better or worse Felton needs to be in the right situation to play well and Vincent's system isn't.
The magic 8 ball is starting to be more negative on him but hasn't come out with a clear "no" yet....

We keep saying Felton can't run the team... but umm when exactly was he given the chance to run the team? Opening night he was playing SG with Mcinnis at PG most of the game and it's been that way since. Plus we have yet to play a run'n'gun style game, so we end up playing towards our weaknesses instead of our strengths.

If we don't address our PG situation this offseason and blame all this on Vincent, we'll be doomed to another disappointing year next season. We'd be better with a better coach, but we won't reach our potential until we bring a real PG in here.
We've never been able to find "the right system" for Felton, because he's not a good PG, and he's not the type of PG we need. He has talent around him, he's been given every opportunity in the world to seize the starting PG, and yet he's always disappointed. Sure, it's not a clear "no" yet, but it's pretty damn obvious that this team can't afford to wait on him, hoping he develops. That is just hurting this team, and wasting the careers of several of our young guys. I don't advocate trading him away, assuming we can get a decent PG in the offseason that is capable of running a team. But it's time we stop letting him hurt the overall development of our team by waiting on him.
And Felton had the first 1.5 months of the season, starting at PG every night, and he led us to a disappointing record with an easy early schedule, and had us as one of the worst offensive teams in the league (I think the only other team that was consistently worse was a Wade-less Miami Heat).
That was a huge failure.
And get over it, lots of PGs play alongside other PGs (Nash and Barbosa, Paul and Jackson, etc). And those are a helluva lot better PGs than Felton, so if those teams can justify playing lesser PGs alongside their better PGs, we damn sure can justify it as well. Lots of teams do it.
Felton isn't good enough to warrant playing solely at the PG position for 40 minutes every game. If the past is any indication, that would be a disaster waiting to happen.
He's been giving his chances, and each times he's done nothing with them. The answer isn't to keep giving him more chances, the answer is to bring in a real PG and if Felton ever develops, great. If he continues to disappoint, well at least we have a real PG that is capable of running our team and getting the most from our players and we aren't wasting away more seasons waiting on Felton to be this player you all have been claiming he was for the past three seasons.
