Who owns us more?

So, of the two teams we have never beat, which owns us the most?

Versus Phoenix:
0-8 record
101 ppg to their 118 ppg
44% FG
-16.75 point differential

Our best season against Phoenix: Probably 2005-2006, where we only lost by a combined 25 points in the two games, we shot 46% and 49%, and also had our highest scoring game against them (121 pts).

Interesting note: Phoenix has never scored fewer than 110 points against us.

Or...

Versus Dallas:
0-8 record
89 ppg to their 101 ppg
42% FG
-11.75 point differential

Our best season against Dallas: It's hard to say. We've had our best FG% against them this season. The closest we've come to beating them was 2004-2005 (lost by a combined 17 points in the two games), and it was the closest we've ever come to scoring 100 against them (99 pts). I'd probably go with 2004-2005.

Interesting note: We have never scored 100 points against Dallas (stole that from somewhere, which inspired this thread to begin with).

Both are bad matchups....but we(everyone) can at least score on the Suns...

i voted for dallas. at least with the suns we took them to OT last year in phoenix. and the year before than i believe we played tough with them for 3 quarters before they destroyed us in the 4th.

the game against dallas in charlotte this year was rather close, but i remember feeling in that game that dallas was just messing with us. they kept us at arms length and then easily finished us off when it counted.

and jason kidd kills us... now that he plays for the mavs its even worse.

on the other hand, we've had some success against shaq. maybe now that shaq plays for the suns we can beat them.

I picked Dallas, at least against Phoenix we can score. I just feel like we're never in it with Dallas. Last night I didn't turn the game on right away, I was like 5 mins late and we were already down by 10. Perfect example of what i'm talkin' 'bout.

Gotta go with Phoenix. That scoring margin is just crazy, every game is a blowout, at least sometimes it's halfway close with Dallas.

I have to go with Dallas. Any time you can take another team's assistant coach -- who should know how to attack his former team -- and you still get blown out, you are owned bigtime.

Mavs for sure. The Suns, we can beat. The Mavs just toy with us.
