You think your players are worth everything in the world but for some reason the team stinks. If the team is as good as you guys think with your superstars JRich, Wallace, and Okafor we should be in the finals. You guys overvalue JRich, Wallace, and Okafor so much it's embarrassing.

I would hate to play monopoly against you guys.......Spectre: No I won't trade you Oriental for Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Spectre WTF......Stuckey? You want a superstar coming back?? Howard and Bass for JRich isn't good enough??????? Howard is a star....that smokes weed but he's a star. Josh Howard is 28 years old and averages 20 pts a game while rebounding, blocking shots, and playing defense....something JRich doesn't do. BBass is a 23 yr old power forward that's coming into his own....he averaged 12 pts and 7 rebounds in the playoffs. Hell I might do JRich for BBass straight up.

WTF back at you. The irony of you saying anyone doesn't know "crap" is just plain comedy. You drool every year at the draftees and look to trade our players for every Tom, Dick or Harry that's offered up. If management listened to you we'd never break 20 wins a season.

Did you not see my very first line where I said it was fair value? I LIKE Swish, we've only had him for one year and I WANT to keep him. Out of all the players only he showed a consistent will to win for most of the season...you don't just trade that away for what's shiney today.

Bass is getting ready to get paid (do Bird Rights come with him? Didn't he get waived and then picked up by Dallas last year?), and Stack is WAY overpaid for what he can bring. This would be mainly for Howard and a possibility of keeping Bass.

I'm not ready to trade our best player...a guy we KNOW fits with what we want to do...for something that MIGHT work. I also see this as a quality for quantity trade...IMO Swish IS the best player...and very seldom if ever does the team receiving the "quantity" win the trade.

Trading Crash/9th for Mayo...good luck with that. What gives you the idea a top 3 team would do that? Mek might draw the 3rd pick...but I don't know that Crash would.

As far as the Stuckey comment I'd suggest reading one of the 3 active threads going on...it was a joke.

The initial post, thats not a bad trade. I like the idea of giving Richardson more then a year as much as anyone. But getting back Howard, who could/would really help this team. Bass gives the team a much needed energy guy. Stackhouse could take over for Derek Anderson, plus he gives the team another Tarheel.

As far as the trade goes, it is fine in terms of value, maybe even get more value back than we give up. BUT, it is a poor fit for our team. Howard and Crash play the same position. That is putting two of our three best players at the same position.

Good value, and if it were Crash and Morrison for Howard, Bass, and Stack, then it would be different. But we need JRich more than we need Howard.
Who I woulda took:
2023: Miller | 2022: Duren | 2021: Bouknight, Jones | 2020: Ball | 2019: PJ | 2018: MPJ | 2017: Monk | 2016: Damian Jones | 2015: Winslow | 2014: Vonleh, Napier | 2013: McLemore | 2012: MKG | 2011: Knight, Kawhi
