Just an idea, but with the rumors that we are looking for a mid-late first rounder to try and get Hibbert, I thought about what teams were in range, and what we would need to give up for such a pick. Denver badly needs a point guard (all mocks have them taking a 1).

Felton for Chucky Atkins + #20 + future pick (2010 lotto-protected 1st)

I'm not trading Crash, JRich, or Okafor for a late first. Since George Karl and LB are UNC boys, I thought there was a possibility there, and they may want Felton to complement Iverson and Carmelo. I'm not sure where to slot that future pick... if a future 2nd round pick is more fair, then so be it.

Then this would be the plan for Charlotte - Atkins could play backup pg for our #9 pick, DJ Augustine. We add Hibbert behind Nazr at the C spot and re-sign Okafor. With our second, we can draft a project pg as well, like George Hill or Courtney Lee. We become:

Augustine / Atkins / 2nd round pick
JRich / Carroll
Crash / Ammo
Okafor / Dudley / May (if we can count on him)
Nazr / Hibbert / Hollins or Davidson

Denver also looks legit, Felton/Iverson/Carmelo/Martin/Camby.
