So we look like crap again this pre-season. I guess Brown is still running all kinds of experiments judging by the minute distribution. It'll be interesting to see how he builds his rotations and how much playing time each guy gets come the opener.

It looks like Andre Brown has shot to actually make the team. He's got over 23 minutes .. and did well. I wonder how much he could help us at PF. He surely flied under the radar.

IMHO there is no k because of ç -> "sa"
and there is a nasal because thre is not in + vowel -> "an" like in unpredictible (but a nasal)

more could be find in offseason/post draft threads buried on this board.

whats with the small lineups last night. okafor plays 25 minutes, nazr 0, anjica 4, hollins 5, davidson 7. that means we must have been playing all kinds of small lineups. was that simply to match up w/ memphis or is larry tinkering w/ going small, just like bernie and sam eventually did. or maybe this was andre brown's last stand. his final chance to make the team. 12pts 9bords. not bad.

it seems like LB has a serious dilema on his hands... how does he get felton and jrich to drive to the basket and stop settling for jumpers?

why did anjinca only play 4 minutes? he seemed to be productive.

is may a worse defender than ammo right now?

He can't be much worse then some of the options this team has seen. Hes made a couple of teams in the NBA and he plays hard. I would like to see him make it.

There are 17 players on this team right now and 2 have to be cut (more could potentially be, but still) and Brown is the front-runner so far for spot no. 15.

I'd like to see Nazr a bit more and Sean May traded for just about anyone or anything. I just don't think it will happen for him here. Its too bad he couldn't be allocated down to NBADL. He could really use it, in spite of the weakened competetion. It might actually get him in a comfort zone.

Two games so far and hes looked like garbage in both of them. Of course that could be said for the bulk of the team.

What's the rule? Only rookise and sophomores can be allocated or what?

Basically, yeah. After that you can only go down there if you have no contract with an NBA team.

Some teams get around it by purchasing their own NBADL franchise, but the guys that wind up down there aren't anything amazing. But at least they can closely follow guys they like.

Nothing new there. McMay has always, always, always been a horrible defender.
