Bobcats Positives???

Post#1 » by SteveMorrison15 » Wed Nov 12, 2008 6:05 am

CLippers: Bobcats Suck
Front Office Follies
About to throw a TV at Mek
We should have drafted
Let's talk about the solution
Biggest Disappointment in Game 1
Wallace on the Block
PF Needed!!!

That's what you read when you scroll the Bobcat RealGM page. But this is what I read

Who are the Clippers to talk?
MJ is upstairs, expect nothing unless he's playing
Can you?
Who knew?
Let's talk about first year coaches
LBJ....witness?
Wallace is always on the block... no one bites
PF needed? 15 players no one else can play? God forbid we COACH to get them BETTER!

Where's the positives here? What is making Bobcat fans smile? (don't say arena food). I know this is a forum were we welcome Love but MORE hate, but can't we go against the current? Can we talk about the sunny side of Charlotte? (besides 6am-5pm)

Will AMC#5 help bring some laughs to your keyboard? The only positive thing we talk about is my fascination with the Laker Girls. We can only laugh two times a year? CHUM ON PEOPLE!!!

This thread is to talk about the Good parts of the Charlotte Bobcats. You may joke and say "There are no Positive thing about the Bobcats" Don't be a party pooper. There's always something to cheer about. Free T-Shirt? Hot chick in the front row? Carolina Cashes latest suspension?

Come on, put down the glass of HateRade down and join me in the Fun Bus. I say "in" because if I said "on" the bus then it would be dangerous. Unless you go to High School and you turn into a Wolf or something. Let me start.

Aw well, I really enjoy seeing everyone on the court this year. After the 8 man line-up season last year, it's good to see that the uniforms still fit. Also, I like our defense. We really look better than previous seasons and it's the easiest year to watch. I don't have to grind my teeth to my beard once the other team inbounds the ball.

Okafor touches the ball a lot. It's as though the Offense is set through him. Still iffy, but I like it.

I love arena food, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

However, the Bobcats are not very good. I... um... enjoy watching Crash. And DJ at least looks like he has some promise on the offensive end.

Matt Carroll is dreamy.

Dudley has a really high-arcing mid-range jumper which splashes down into the net with pleasing authority.

Given the attendance, my screaming at the players/refs/coaches can be heard by them directly.

Matt Carroll looks like Jim from the office if he grows his hair out like he did that one time.

i love that ammo is playing better. he is making an effort on defense, which is all we can ask.

linsey rocks.

ajinca is fun to root for.

i selfishly enjoy the fact that there is usually nobody sitting within 5-8 feet of me at the games.

the $8 lot next to the $5 lot finally came to their senses and lowered their price to $5. now i have two options for parking.

i am happy to see MJ sitting on the bench, seemingly engaged in the team.

LB subs more at the end fo quarters than any coach i've ever seen. its refreshing. some coaches are too lazy to make the defensive sub with 0.7 seconds left at the end of the 1st quarter. not LB.

and as always... steph is the best.

Everyone is shooting better from the line.

DJ has shown some good signs

Every game I have watched this season (expect for the Raps game) has been the Charlotte feed (which is a GREAT change from previous years when I have only ever had the opposing teams feed and had to sit there listening to their commentators continually bash us using incorrect or false statements about our team while calling us the Hornets).

Ammo's tear drops and actually contesting rebounds.

We have a real coach.

We haven't done anything drastic (see: stupid) and traded our collective nosst to spite our face as a knee jerk reaction..............yet.

I'm actually really pumped about Ammo, I think he's gonna continue to consistantly score efficiently for us. If he gets on a roll, maybe we can see him become a huge asset for us off the bench.
