Where's Jordan?

If nothing else LB is very candid!!

"I came only because of Michael — I love the guy," says the owlish 68-year-old perfectionist coach, toiling for his 11th pro team. "This is, by far, my biggest challenge."

"I just want Michael really, really, really involved," he says

I don't expect he will be back (in Charlotte) before December," meaning he would miss at least the next seven home games.

"There were a couple of players I mentioned to our organization," Brown recalls. "Their first response was, 'They can't play.' I said, 'Whoa, whoa, whoa.' If I'm going to be the coach, you've got to try to get the players I feel I can coach — or let someone else do it. … (But) I want to see this thing through here."

and this is most telling:
"You know, there are six guys who might not be on our team in two, three weeks."

He wants us to trade for scrubs? I am starting to think that we should fire Larry Brown.

Interesting article. Two players down, four to go.

I think Brown's move to start DJ at the point with Felts at the 2 is a clear sign that Felton is about to be either traded or come off the bench when J-Rich returns. Starting Ajinca is a way to get him more minutes and a reward for working hard and smart (he's still a LONG way from being productive).

I continue to see these articles that talk about finding a starting center to pair with "PF Okafor". We always talk about EO50 as a 5, where he is most effective. But I really am beginning to believe LB wants to move Okafor to the 4, and put a big piece of lumber in the 5 spot. They were seriously trying to get Kaman, and I think will still do that deal if they can.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

If he Okafor was a PF, then why the hell wouldn't he just start Mohammed and let Okafor play PF?

As it stands, we might as well do that. Let Okafor get some experience guarding PFs. We aren't using him at all on offense, so it won't matter as much if he picks up fouls. We would lose his defense and rebounding when he sits, but if we are destined to play him at PF rather than anchoring our defense at C, you basically end up with the same result, so, who cares.

i am now under the impression that LB MUST move okafor to PF. LB cant coach small ball. its not in his blood. we go small and still walk the ball up the floor. hell, even SV new that when you go small you have to use your speed as an advantage and push the tempo on offense. LB needs to have two legit bigs down low. plus okafor can do anything against big centers anyway. we dont need the fast jump shooting big, we need a big who can score in the post and command a double team.
