I don't really know where that deal is supposed to take us. Are any of those 3 guys going to be better than Wallace at some point? If not, it's quantity for quality and that isn't going to help us make the playoffs and certainly not to contend.

As for JRich... he's an average passer for an SG, and an above-average rebounder. However, his overall offensive package (elite shot, elite leaping, poor handles, poor FT shooting for a guard) translates into a good but not great efficiency player. Considering he's also a below-average defensive player, to my mind, he's a pretty good 2nd option and a great 3rd, but is never going to be the best player on a championship team and therefore is just as tradeable as anyone else.

Still doesn't mean that a swap for Kaman is a good idea though.
