I think the main difference between 3rd and 4th quarters was that Nellie played Biedrins at C and Wright/Turiaf at PF in the third, and then went with Turiaf at C and 4 players 6'5" and under in the fourth. As soon as the teams took the court in the 4th I knew there would be a Cats comeback.

Just noticed that Diaw was +15 against the Warriors. Are we already lost without him ?
Just one game and a meaningless stat, but compared to others players, it's strong.

Larry said as much last night in is post game. We were up by around 9, Boris sits, we lose the lead and can't recover.

Probably, the same way we were lost without Richardson when he was injured. Diaw isn't the explosive scorer that Richardson is, but he can create for others and make them better. Richardson might not be able to make players around him better, but he is an explosive scorer that can literally carry a team for an entire quarter if need be.
Without what those two bring, we are lost as a team. Wallace can do some of those same sorts of things on a lesser level, but even he couldn't have outgunned Crawford last night. Towards the end of the game, it looked like GS could score when they wanted, while it seemed like we had to work too hard for our shots. When you're down 5-8 points and the clock is on your back, you know that's bad news. We almost got back in it because GS was stupid and kept taking quick shots, but we were pretty lost offensively.
