Oh man....... I seriously hope Eddy Curry isn't on the front office radar for the Cats especially after this.

Does anyone want to picture a naked Eddy Curry saying "come on, touch it"...

I'd say it's probably pretty fortunate for your organization that this incident happened now (if CHA was even interested in Curry, that is). I tend to think the Curry rumors were overblown, but I'd say this narrows the chance of Curry becoming a Bobcat to nearly 0 %.

It just means our front office will give up even more to acquire him now. We are apparently charity cases.

Augustin injured, Curry getting slapped with a same-sex sexual harassment lawsuit...it's like God is trying to keep us from hurting ourselves. Maybe he feels bad about what he did in all those drafts.

I dont know if this is true, or if this guy is so pissed off with Curry that he is making up the most incredible and perverted story he can come up with quicky. But man o man, I'm glad he's in NY and not Charlotte. That would have been horrible publicity for the Cats if they had made a move for Curry a few weeks ago. And I definitely think we dont have to worry about the Bell and Diaw trade for Curry happening anymore.
Wonder if this guy did like the Clemmen's trainer did and saved something (a sticky towel ) for evidence? Now that would be something.

If Curry's gay there is no way he is traded to bible town. Besides this year this is a red state and I can't see them giving up all there good contracts for him anyway. I think the whole Lee and Curry thing was pure speculation but instead of making a thread those guys wrote it in the paper.

Good point. Isn't one of Charlotte's nicknames "The City of Churches" or something? I seem to remember reading that on the wiki

The whole state is total "good old boys" bible country.
These are not my words so don't get mad at me but some people have said the south is full of rednecks. Again this is not my words so no hometown boys get mad at me please.

We don't have to worry about the DIaw trade for many reasons. The biggest one is DIaw is better then David Lee. He fits our team more. We already have a pf who is an average scorer but above average rebounding role player named Mek. Why would we want Lee. Curry is the anti Larry Brown guy even if they did do o.k. in NY which they probably didn't because they won 4 games that year.

Re: Do the Cats still wanted Eddy Curry
First and foremost, I don't truly believe that the Bobcats were ever interested in Curry. I think its more a media creation.
Hes been a pretty good scorer in two seasons (one was a contract year), he can't rebound, he can't defend, he can't block shots, and he can't put down food. All that for about $10 mil a year through 2010/11. Hes not giving up that player option unless a miracle happens and he suddenly plays inspired.
