I'm not sure how many more opportunities we could've blown down the stretch.

Easily could have won this game if we even just made our FT's.

Damn, we really needed this one.

Never going to win shooting that badly from the FT line.

Lost by 5 to a lesser team. And why? 18 - 30 from FT line - thanks Okafor! Out rebounded 51 - 35. Those two factors killed us and cost us a game we really needed. Perhaps Minn can help by taking Chicago down in OT, but we really dont deserve the break.

LB post game:

Got killed on the boards - gave up 10 offensive in the 1st qtr. We were rallying but made some mistakes which you can't afford to do when you are trying to catch up.

They played good, they execute well, they are better defensively now than they were at the start of the season. We didn't match their energy at the start of the game.

Can't give a team a jump start like that when you are playing on the road.

Our bench struggled a little bit. Played like they were scared to make mistakes and LB doesn't want them playing like that.

Got to make FT's.

You guys are good now, but even the Bobcats are writing the Pacers off as a "lesser team"?

I can understand if you are only looking at the record, but our record is not a fair representation of us as a team.

Ditto. :)

I'm not sure that I would have called the pacers a "lesser" team myself, but this is a game that I knew the Cats could win.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

gotta agree w/ the pacer fans on this one... who are we to say we should beat anyone?

sure, this was a game we could have won, especially with the way we've been playing the past month, but lets not kid ourselves... we are not a good road team and we have NO BENCH until dj gets back.

felton +9, singletary -14. when we are playing sean at 2nd string pg, on the road, the margin for error against any team is tiny. we played sloppy ball, didnt rebound on the defensive end and didnt hit fts. we dont deserve to win games when we play like that.

the pacers are a much better team when they have tj ford and dunleavy healthy.

we could come home from our road trip 18-30 and then all this playoff talk will be out the window.

I didn't realize that other fans are not welcome here. :o

I lived in Charlotte, too. I like the way you guys are going, and I've lurked here a while, but now I'm speaking up. I'm not trolling or anything.

Hey, DGrange is good people...I've seen him take up for Charlotte numerous times on the trade board. We have been gettting trolled a lot lately tho in the game threads, so no doubt that's why we've started getting a little touchy.

And no...us as Bobcats' fans should never assume we will win any game.

Ha, when it comes to professional teams I seem to pick teams far away. My other teams are the 49ers, Red Wings, and so on. Charlotte always has my second favorite teams though, I still follow the Bobcats and Panthers, and I keep it local for colleges with the Tar Heels and Mountaineers.

I come by every now and then to see what ya'll are talking about, but I may start to post here more reguraly if its okay with ya'll. The Pacers board is pretty much dead at this point.

You are more than welcome here. As Spectre said, I have seen you take the the Bobcats cause many times on the trade board - which is always apprecited!

Only thing is, if you are going to post here more, you need to come in a package deal and bring the real Danny Granger with you! We sure could use him!

I wonder when's the next time LB will give the guys a day off after a win like he did Saturday?

I'm thinking not in the near future.
