And I bet that with his length and athleticism, he can flourish under Larry Brown's system.

Rumors are The Bobcats offered Raja Bell and Felton for JHO, but Cuban declined, now that DJ Augustine, is back, I think it's only a matter of time, before Felton is in Mav uniform along with Raja Bell. Cuban will change his mind soon.

It's the NBA and nothing surprises me any more. We'll see - of course the going rate for Josh "I smoke pot and poo poo the national anthem while having a down season" Howard isn't that high these days!!

Really? You'd do it?

I'd trade Felton straight up for Salmons 100 out of 100 times before I would even consider a Felton and Bell for Smokey the Bear trade.

P.S. IMO, Salmons >>>> Howard.

Are you kidding me?

Salmons has his fair share of problems, and Salmons is a one year wonder as of right now, he is putting up good stats in a very bad team, while Josh Howard has consistently played well through the years, and made an all-star.

And actually, if Howard ever became a Bobcat, he would be the most accomplish Bobcat in the team, has Okafor even been to the playoffs? No, Diaw ever been to the Finals and the All-Star Game? No, and the list goes on.

And drop the whole ''high smoking''' thing, Josh hasnt had any problems in months, stop making him out to be the Ron Artest.

Unless it's Raymond Felton and Raja Bell, the Mavs will also have to pass.

Yep, maybe. If there were other deals out there that would be better, obviously I'd look at them, too. But I think that is a pretty solid starting lineup. Bell has been playing pretty well lately so it seems unfair, but I think Howard/Wallace are the type of players we need to finish out games. Bell isn't that type of player, even if he can hit some clutch shots.

Cheech is as likely to go missing as guys like Raja or Salmons - the big difference is that Cheech gets paid twice as much as those guys.

Pass on the doped up hippie burn out.

Agreed. Salmons is the type of playmaking bigger guard we need. Howard is not.

No wonder the Bobcats is the team that drafted Adam Morrison over Rudy Gay and Brandon Roy.

The Bobcats is destined for the lottery in the next 10 years with this kind of front office.

It's a good thing that Mark Cuban is smart enough to turn down a Raja Bell and Felton deal for Howard, because we can probably squeez in a few draft picks in the coming weeks.

Ryan Hollins is ten times better than Diop( who cant even make a lay up)

Anyways, prepare to be disappointed again , when we trade JHO and Stackhouse, for Ray Felton, Gerald Wallace and Raja Bell, in the coming weeks.

If you look about 4 threads above this one, you'll see a Hall Of Fame thread.

You may have just made it in.

Not only are you a bad troll but a bad liar too. Raja can't be traded with anyone until right before the deadline...so there's no way we offered Raja & Felton for the dope smoker.

Idiot.

How did we lose this game? When I Ieft we were up like 15....

Mavs fan getting his feeling hurts makes me feel a little bit better. I thinks thats the first time I've seen an opposing fan actually RESCIND a trade offer after we say we don't want their player.

Instead of his post being in the Hall of Fame, I think you should put my Cliff Notes version here:

Mavs Fan: Do you want Josh Howard?
Us: Not really.....
Mavs Fan: Whatever, we wouldn't give him to you anyway!

Th best part is that his name is "Owens81," he acts just like his hero, Maybe he is him!
