In this economic climate no one is going to trade the #1 for Okafor, so it's moot. Those top pick teams aren't going to be trading picks for players because they generally are garbage already because they're unwilling to spend money.

Would you guys be interested in Chris Bosh?

If so Toronto would require some additional fillers as Okofr for Bosh is not exactly even. Close, but Toronto would need a little something extra.

I was thinking about Emeka Okafor, Alexis Ajenca and Borris Diaw for Chris Bosh, Partick O'Bryant and Marcus Banks?

or

Okafor and Mohammed for Bosh and your lottery pick?

c-Diop/Mohommed/O'Bryant
pf-Bosh
sf-Wallace/Carroll
sg-Bell
pg-Augustine/Banks

Obviously your team would have some holes to fill, but you do have a lottery pick and the option of re-signing Felton or signing and trading him.

You and I have a VERY different idea of what the definition of "a little something extra" is!!

^50% at least. His contract expiring before the CBA getting restructured means he's going to gladly accept the current max deal while he can.

First one is too rich for my blood, but I do the second one for sure assuming we miss the playoffs and have a pick to trade.

EO50, Nazzy and our pick (thinking it will be around 12, 13, 14)
for
CB4

I'd be down. We'd have to be creative with our roster though. What would happen with Boris and Crash abd we'd have holes still to fill (namely the back up SG and C spots).

Maybe we sign AI for the MLE, start him at the 2 spot and have Raja come off the bench? Maybe we get the Spurs 1st round pick (around #25) from OKC and draft someone like Terrence Williams to back up Raja? Maybe Lexy really kicks on over the summer and can log some meaningful time at the C next season?

Working out the SF and PF starting spots would be the biggest challenge with Crash, Boris and CB4 ont he roster though.

Bosh is an awesome p&r defender, so I'd feel confident with playing him at C against teams lacking a true center. With Okafor out of the picture I'd feel better about Diop as well. We'd have a really strong forward rotation and I wouldn't want to move either of Wallace or Boris, but if it came down to it I guess we could get something of value out of Gerald, or maybe he becomes the 6th man?

There will be bargain guards available this offseason. I mean we had White sitting there and let him go. I feel pretty good about having DJ play backup Pg minutes and moving Felts to the 2 a good amount.

Felton/Bell/Wallace/Diaw/Bosh against agile teams with no true bigs.

Felton/Bell/Diaw/Bosh/Diop w/ Wallace playing the Manu role against like, the Suns or Orlando.

I feel pretty good about both of those scenarios. SGs to try and pick up:
Childress
Marquis Daniels
Quinton Ross
Devin Brown?
