I mean, seriously. Who thinks like that?

"Alright, scored tickets for the basketball game tonight, I think it's a pro game. What? They're on the first row!? I'M GONNA WEAR MY LUCKY CAMO DRESS SHIRT!!!"

Couldn't be more opposite.

I didn't want the 1st qtr to ever end - now the 4th qtr can't end quick enough!!

Great win! And with Orlando giving some help, and the Bulls hopefully winning, this can be a very good night!

LB post game:

Raymond hit a big shot.

Even the shots we missed were great looks. We are playing like a team. Proud of the way everyone has responded. Our bench has been great - getting up and cheering. We are acting like and playing like a team.

The 1st qtr - it terms of execution and making the right pass, that was as good as it gets.

Early in the year we tended to forget about Crash and EO50 etc, but now we are looking for each other and there is always a chance they are going to get it.

When Crash gets involved, his whole game picks up because he works so hard.

Felts is trying to do the right thing. DJ passed up on shots he should have taken because he was looking to pass too much - same with Radman.

I can almost feel sorry for the Hawks fans. Their team stunk so bad for so long, and now they have finally become good. And now Josh Smith blows up at his Coach, gets benched, and I am willing to bet it takes its toll on the team unity. Would not be surprised if they start to implode. What a pity, and what a knuckle-head with a lot of talent.

If anybody has any doubt should we pay Felton up to 9-10 million a year this Hawks game is absolute proof that we have to. We don't have a 20 point a game scorer that we can just go to. The closest we have is Felton. He hit those 2 daggers that were drives that he created when nobody was really doing anything. When Diop got that board to save them they had the ball for like 2 minutes and couldn't score because they have nobody to go to. That probably won't change threw free agency or the draft.
Raymond Felton has that killer insticnt and averages 7 points in the 4th quarter. That is amazing. This game he got 10 assists and played like a real pg and got his team involved and it was clear they couldn't close without him taking over so that is what he did. He is the only one capable of that. Will DJ one day? Maybe but are you gonna let Felton walk to save a few million and go back to being bottom dwellers who have no shot if your wrong about DJ? No.
To get to the next level they do need another 20 point a game scorer who can get 30 on any given night (we are literally the only team who doesn't have a guy like that) but to be a payoff team we need Felton and Felton can truley be a great 2nd best player on a team.
If your gonna pay Diaw 9 mill which is good and he is a good 3-4th best player and Crash 9 who is also a good 3rd and Mek 11 who is also a good 3rd best player you HAVE to be willing to pay your best player or even if you say he isn't the best now your potential best player 5 years 40 million or whatever it takes (not max clearly). Espially since he is a pg.

Dexmor: Why is your mission to turn every single thread into your own personal soap box for what ever drum you happen to be beating on any given week?

It's infuriating.

I said it in the last post I am very sorry. The last thing I want to be on this board is the guy who everybody finds annoying so ill tone it down 10 notches. If Felton comes up by somebody else then maybe ill talk about it and I will seriously stop. Thank you for not just ignoring me or cursing me out and letting me know I am pissing people off because I don't wanna be that guy. Every board has a guy they hate and I don't want to be on that list. I think I have a smart basketball mind and can bring good things to the board instead of annoying the hell out of people.
I don't get offended so if I am doing anything else that pisses you guys dont like except the spelling let me know.

Boy was I! That 1st quarter was unreal! My son and I were watching the guys during shootaround and he was amazed that they were hitting almost everything; looks like it carried thru to the game.

Y'know those floaters Felton's been doing in games lately? He practiced taking like 5 of those before the game. Another thing I noticed was a LOT of smiling and having fun with each other in the shootaround. Looks like this team really likes each other.

Walt Cronkite wrote:He must drive slow. I regularly made the drive in under 3 hours and I think he lives slightly closer than I do. Probably some "responsible parenting" nonsense.

1 car wreck, 1 construction lane closure & 2 traffic jams = 3 1/2 hours. :-?

Every time I go to Charlotte the traffic is an adventure. Coming back was pretty good tho...made it in 2 1/2 hours.
