You said it's easy to put up great scoring numbers on a bad team, but Wallace and Okafor were on a bad team and didn't do that.

He was the 14th pick for a reason.

Yeah, I was just thinking that about dex getting his name wrong again. He even had to change the thread title last time. But anyways, I digress.

I said this in the first thread but I'm pretty sure McCants only had one friend on that Tarheel team and it was Wes Miller. I don't know how many of you remember but right after the title game was over McCants was wearing a Yankees cap and announced he was going pro. So, the whole tarheel connection doesn't really apply here. Talent-wise though he can score and would be a great spark, chemistry not so much.

Dude, by that justification................

Sean May was the 13th overall pick for a reason.

Heck, Adam Morrison was the 3rd overall pick for a reason......

(keep in mind I have NO idea about McCants and differ to guys like Spectre when it comes to him)

...and there are a lot of guys better than me that have insider info during that time in Chapel Hill. I do know he always had issues, and if you go look at the history on the Wolves' board he was having them there as well.

No backup SG is worth messing with what we have going on now. If there's even a small chance that could happen then I'm happy he's not here.

Adam Morrison was the third pick because of MJ's stupidity.

An unathletic white guy with very questionable mental toughness, playing in a weak conference with a streaky shot should never be the third pick.

McCants has atleast shown he can be productive over the course of an entire season.

And let's remember, I said I would give up a second round pick for him, even a late first. Not like I said I would give up a lottery pick for him.

thruthefire you seem to have a problem with me. You keep taking jabs at me. I am a horrible speller we all know that I even explained why and addmitted it. Get over it.

Rashad is a good scorer at the 2 and not only do we need scoring we need it at that position. We don't even have a backup sg.
And you wouldn't give up a 2nd round pick for Rashad unless it's over 50? Most of those guys drafted in the second round don't stay in the league.
Our leading scorer is averaging 15 or 16 points a game. That is a joke. Our sg is 33 and we don't have a backup sg. We should have made the trade.
If Rashad succeded here which I think he would have and they had a Felton/Rashad backcourt and made the playoffs our fanbase would have tripled.

That was not a spelling mistake I called you out on. That was you not knowing a person's first name that you are so high on.

And by the way Dex, Jrich averaged 21.8 ppg and Gwall averaged 19.4 ppg last season and we still only won 32 games.

I think that is because they had a horrible coach and no bench.

I don't see how you can worry about messing up our chemistry by adding a backup sg. First of all we dont have a backup sg and sg is probably our weakest position and the most talented threwout the league. Second of all there is no way it will mess up our chemistry and it's not reasonable to think it will considering we have made 2 in season trades plus picked up a Dleague and after every move we ave gotten better and none of the move have messed up our chemistry.

As for Rashad i here he has problems but with the right coach and teammates that can not be a problem. On a pure basketball stand point he is talented enough to be our future sg and talented enough for now to average at least 10 points in around 20 minutes off the bench. He is short at 6'4 but he is built like a 4 plus he has arms as long as a Center.

I said it before and Ill say it again, we should pick up Green. All these guys I say are gonna be something always end up being awesome. I wish I was wrong about Sessions because he is the reason the Bucks are a team we have to worry about.
