Where are you with these posts when Gerald is out best player? Why don't you throw Felton under the bus when he puts up a stinker? When we were winning, it was because of Felton... but now that we're losing some games.... it's because of Wallace? Last time I checked it was a team game.
How about we just consider that you overvalued Felton's performance and undervalued the rest of the team's contribution when you were making posts about how he HAD to be our highest paid player because of what others were making and he's got the potential to be an All-Star. When the team does poorly, how about some of that blame gets shared?

Re: Is Gerald Wallace Expendable?
wallace has carried this team on his back for the past 2 weeks. btw... its was felton getting lit up by jack most of the game, not raja. raja spent most of the night guarding rush. raja only guarded jack when both tj and jack were in the game, which wasnt much.

I think Brown probably wants to move Emeka to PF and get a center then move Diaw to SF. You guys also seem to need a SG. I wouldnt be surpirse if you guys ended up trading Wallace for say Dalambert and Green. Probably not full value for Wallace but with Larry Brown it never is just think back to what you got for J-Rich!
Emeka is a 5 and Diaw is a 4. I doubt a trade that puts two of our best players in different positions is really going to be anything we're looking for.
You're aware we got back Diaw, Raja, and Singletary for JRich and Dudley, right? It's not like both were sent to Phoenix for Mark Madsen and Damon Jones.

Re: Is Gerald Wallace Expendable?
If we trade Wallace we would have to have another big man. We can't play The only reason why get away with playing Diaw at the 4 is Wallace rebounds like a pf. Diaw rebounds like a guard and if we had your average sf who grabbed 5 boards instead of Wallace it wouldnt work.
Wallace basically is our best player. With that said this is not a team that is ready to win a championship.
If we can get something signifacant for him it's worth it but there probably isn't a star out there on the block. With teams losing money maybe that will change.
Here is who I would trade Wallace for that is realistic for both sides
Iggy
Carter
Jamison
RJ and play him at the 2.
Iverson
Foye
Marvin Williams
Deng
Thorton
Jeff Green
Artest
Beasley

thrtruthfire your just redicoulus. Maybe to Iggy and Green? Green is putting up 17 and he is only in his 2nd year. Artest is way better Thorton is only a 2nd year man and is a good a scorer already.
Anthony Randolph I would not take for Wallace. I would do Wright and Ellis for Wallace though.
