Bobcats War Room - Pick # 26 - 2009

Post#1 » by August Us Seazr » Wed Jun 17, 2009 3:28 am

And we have visited my pet named PEEVE. The tie. Hate the darn things, as most of you veteran posters know by now. Well we nearly had a 3 WAY tie. Then Gani Lawal backs out of the draft and we are down to a normal two player WAR! So, back to my trusty reverse raffle method of settling these little affairs... And Marcus Thornton was the next to the last, thus the losing name drawn. Our winner was DaJuan Summers of Georgetown. But come to think of it, I would be happy with either one of them! Hang in there Thornton voters. I hope you carry the day this time.

So, do we really NEED an introduction to the nine, or can I just let you all have at that list? Ok. Here it is! Good voting, and thanks for doing it!

Ever since I voted at # 25, I have been waiting for this one. My 1-B from last time gets my vote this time. (And I hope that chads are not hanging around here!) Marcus Thornton, please take a bow.
I think this is your time. Losing a tie breaker isn't ALWAYS a bad thing. Good luck, man!

I don't really know any of these players, but hasn't that Maynor guy been around for like the last 20 picks? Pick him before he starts crying in our mock green room.

I'm sticking to my guns with the Euro project pick of Casspi. Wait, he's Israeli. Ah, you know what I mean.

Good for Maynor. It certainly took him long enough.
