I REALLY think he wants that rebounding title!! And I think he's doing everything he can to get his total tonight to double figures in a very small amount of time.

He's an animal on the glass.

Why would LB sit UPS on the pine in a game like this? Get him in there instead of Hulk Jr.

I hope we got this "bad game" crap out of our system tonight. I would hate like hell to be the first team to lose to the Nets! That would really suck!

LB: That was embarrassing. We had a few guys playing like they were scared to death. The 4 games we won evaporated pretty quick. Didn't take anything from Boston but wrote on the board that they had to match their energy because Boston would want to end things early. Thought we tried harder in the first game because in that one "at least we made a run". Mentioned Graham, Naz and Felton as guys that were competing tonight. Can't think of a game where he was more disappointed. "Could've taken 5 people from the stands and we would've been just as competitive." "Cannot beg people to compete". Happy for the fans, they get to come home and watch UNC and MSU. If they were smart they would've left early.

Yea. That was a direct quote. Most of the rest of it is close. I wonder if he intentionally left out Wallace's name from guys that were competing and that was the reason he sat so long? Maybe he felt the two quick fouls were lack of effort or laziness or something?

While that may definitely be true, Nazr is old. He won't last the entire year and still be productive if he plays heavy minutes. We have to limit him to a certain degree if we want him later in the year.

Well, I guess working evenings doesn't necessarily spell victory.

What a pathetic box score this one makes for... amusing that this is the game Ray shoots almost .500. Special shout-out to Flip Murray's 2-12 in 24 minutes.... he shot every other possession he was in, roughly?

Boston was very hot today, and played with a lot of intensity. I'm not worried about this game. I do wish we showed up better in front of a full house, but the Celtics are clearly the best team in the East right now, and played very good defense.

I noticed that Boris, Jax, and Wallace were very timid again, like they are scared. Diaw seemed to give up on Perkins.

Henderson needs more burn. Isn't afraid to be aggressive, as is DB.

The Celtics played their best half of ball all season and your best player got into foul trouble early and didn't get untracked when he got back in. **** happens. I wouldn't read much into this loss for your team.

There's 2-3 open slots in the ECF playoffs and you're a lot better defensively than your chief rivals for that slot.

amcoolio did they say it was a sellout on tv? It was no where close to being packed out and boy was there a lot of green in the stands. I guess all of the transplants came out to see their team.

How many of those transplants were coming out three seasons ago?

Based off of memory I think the C's have always had a good amount of fans show up at the games. Of course it's gotten worse the last two years. Probably a mix of band wagon riding transplants and band wagon riding locals.

I can't speak for the upper bowl because the area they sell the most upstairs tickets for is directly above me but downstairs there was a good scattering of green. My area may have been the worst. Lots of Boston accents laughing it up.
