in diaws defense.... chandler and wallace had a combined 25 boards. not too many leftovers after that.

i am more concerned with overall team rebounding, team reb %, opponents off boards etc... i could care less about who on the team actually grabs what, unless they are letting their man kill them on the boards.

I agree. I really don't mind Diaw's rebounding numbers as long as we're out-rebounding our opponents. He actually does a decent job boxing out. However, if we were a below-average rebounding team, I would be concerned.

Didn't catch the game last night but it looks like Troy Murphy was absolutely on fire from long-range (5-7 behind the arc). The team as a whole was 12-24 from downtown. Were they just hot or was our perimeter defense a little bit off tonight?

Well at least Toronto, Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Washington all lost last night so we didn't lose too much ground.

They were hot and seemed to hit every open look. We didn't look like we wanted it bad until the 4th which didn't work out.

AND tj ford DESTROYED felton. i havent seen ray get abused like that on defense in a long time. tj was killing him. ray could not stay in front of tj to save his life, which led to tons of wide open looks for their shooters as our defense had to collapse.
