Crash was defending the Mayo 3 - not Felts.

I did not mean to infer Felts was guarding him. I simply meant missing both FT's and that gave Mayo the chance to hit a 3 to tie. I think my phrasing was misleading. Sorry.

Ahhhhhhhhh, I see.

Gotcha - and I agree.

The final 30 secs was a train wreak by Felts with the horrible turn over and then the 2 missed FT's.

UGH!!! YAY!!! UGH!!!! YAY!!!!

what a frustrating game. first game ive been to since early december. nice to see the boys again live.

good thing im not coach. flip would not have seen the second half and jackson would have been benched at the start of the 4th when he turned the ball over and then STOOD at halfcourt and watch the griz get a layup on the other end. he did even move from the spot where he threw the bad pass. it was disgusting. he really pisses me off sometimes. ive never watched a player that is so casual about turnovers. he throws at least 5 horrible passes every game. lazy passes, slow cross court passes, passes to congested spots in the lane.

there wasnt a single player on the team who had a consistent game. all of them had awful moments. flip's second quarter was so bad i was shocked that he came back in the game. but i guess if there is one thing we have learned about flip, he is about as streaky as it comes. one awful quarter, followed by 5 red hot minutes, followed by another 2 turnovers etc..

and boris... was solid all night but he missed at least 3 layups, right?

good thing we won tonight cause i think we would have had a collective meltdown. we looked awful for so many stretches of that game.

and at last double-yay for crash. saved us with the block and then again with the put-back.

just saw the highlights from the game on nbatv. much better view than my seats.

my god that block by wallace was insane. thats an super block if it happens in the 1st quarter, but to make that play to save the game... that's just unbelievable.

Hey Fats - was the crowd as flat as the Grizz announcers kept suggesting it was?

first off... who the hell are the griz annoucers to suggest someone else has a flat crowd?

the first 3 quarters was flat. lets be honest, the game was sloppy and boring and we were playing like ****. but that 4th quarter, the crowd was really rocking.

I keep reading this morning that this was the 1st time we have had a buzzer beater at a home game, but I distinctly remember Crash doing it years and years ago - not unlike he did last night.

Melvin Ely took a J around the key and left it wayyyy short but Crash zoomed in along the base line and tipped it in reverse style.

Is there any way I can find out - or am I just dreaming this happened?

No your not dreaming. That was against the Warriors. Maybe it wasn't a walk off buzzer beater though. I don't remember how much time there was when he made that play.

Thanks guys!! I knew I wasn't going crazy, although I guess there was still 7 secs left in that game.

That highlight package was ace. I could watch Crash reels all day long.

Kid has GOT to be an All Star this year. If he misses out it will be the biggest snub since Felts missed out on the Rookie Vs Sophmore game.

in somewhat non-shocking news... gerald wallace's NASTY game saving block on mayo was not included in sportscenter's top 10 plays of the week. if lebron james had made that same block it would be hailed as the play of the year. no respect.
