Bobcats Mid Season Awards

Post#1 » by BigSlam » Fri Jan 22, 2010 1:32 pm

What do you think?

MVP: Crash
MIP: Felts
Most Consistant: Nazzy
Least Consistant: Boris
Brown Frown: Hendo (don't feel like he's made the most of the small chances he has got)
Best Win: Blowing out the Heat was pretty amazing (Cavs at their place gets an HM too)
Worst Loss: The Nets and becoming "that team"
Biggest Surprise: The improved play of Felts
Biggest Dissapointment: How bad we have been on the road
Highlight play: Crash, both ends, against the Grizzlies for the win

Add some more..........

MVP: Crash
MIP: Nazy
Most Consistant: Amazingly, Felts. We'll see if that continues.
Least Consistant: Boris
Brown Frown: DJ
Best Win: Blowing out the Heat , the Grizz win
Worst Loss: The Nets game and the Celts game (tied)
Biggest Surprise: The improved play of Felts, UPS
Biggest Dissapointment: How bad we have been on the road, Chandler
Highlight play: Crash, both ends, against the Grizzlies for the win

I cheated and didn't always select one.

i think you guys pretty much covered all of for me... i agree.

i dont know who has been more disappointing, chandler or dj. maybe dj, cause i had higher expectations for him. i really thought he would be our starter by the middle of this year. i was very wrong on that idea. he is barely an average backup at this point.

highlight play... crash's block on mayo. that was just so sick on so many levels.

You did? I wouldn't have guessed it. That's interesting.

yup.

i expected chandler to come in and be the similar player he was in new orleans (maybe less a few points) maybe something like 10pts 10rbs.

i expected dj to take a big step forward and push raymond to the bench and average something like 14pts 6ast.

i would say, based on those two pre-season expectations that dj has been even more disappointing than chandler has been, in my eyes. i really had high hopes for dj. thanfkully, ray has finally transformed into that pg that all of us were hoping to see when we drafted him at 5, offsetting djs disappointing season. glad ray finally arrived. too bad it just took him 5 years to get there. sigh. and hopefully its not a 3 month fluke.
