"We definitely have to guard that screen-and-roll better, but we won the third and fourth quarters," Felton said. "Our game plan was for the bigs to sit back and stay with (Howard). The bigs weren't wrong and I wasn't wrong. We had to give up something, and that was the shot from Jameer."

This was Felton's first playoff game and, just as Jackson predicted, he was initially shocked by the intensity.

"It was different and my body is feeling it right now. The level of physicalness is definitely different from the regular season," Felton said. "You've got to be much more focused, more tuned-in, because every possession counts.

"I'm good now - I'm ready for Game 2."

This really annoys the heck out of me. No sh*t!!! EVERY possession counts!!! And it's why we need another point guard next season even if we bring Ray back.

I'm with you on this one Batt !
It's amazing that he didn't figure this out himself BEFORE even playing the damn game. Just watching Playoffs as a fan, this is OBVIOUS.

Now, I am willing to give him another chance, since I can dig that you can be mesmerised by the Playoffs environment (must be like living a dream kind of thing), but He needs to step up.

And it' not even like I ask him to be a hero, just play your game (Defense and no non sense setting the team on O) with double intensity.
Otherwise I will actively lobby to get his ass out of town.

He was in front and Crash HAD to go over his back in order to get to the ball. Therefore, shouldn't it be an automatic foul?

You have to go over someone's back to get called for an over-the-back call. Wallace and Anderson were almost side-by-side. Anderson slides over, puts his head down, and twists his body away from Wallace, all the while Wallace had his hands on the ball. That is the reason the two fell down the way they did.

If we both grab the ball, side-by-side, and I use my shoulder as a shield, turning away from you to try to pry the ball away from your hands, the result is either (1) you let go, which Wallace didn't do, or (2) your arms and hands are going to be over my shoulder, still holding onto the ball. That's not an over-the-back foul.

I wish there were a replay on the internet. Wallace DID NOT go over Anderson's back when he first got his hands on the ball. At that point, a jump ball should have been called. Anderson contorting so that Wallace was on his back and the two falling to the court together were after the fact.
