Any possibility of getting him pictured in a Bobcats jersey? :P

It will probably be his dunk from the foul line shot, but it should be this;

You could put all the logos in the upper lefthand corner.

Isn't this sort of a weird decision? It's kind of like when Desmond Howard was randomly put on the cover of NCAA football after he was retired from the NFL. It's not as if there aren't enough NBA players to go around, but maybe they asked too much and they didn't want to settle for a second-tier star?

The only thing that I can think is that, like the Howard thing, there is some new game feature where MJ makes sense. I don't know what that would be... in Howard's case, they were introducing the feature where you play as one player and go through a college career. NBA2k already has that, so I don't know what MJ could represent.

EA put Brett Favre in Madden when he was still retired, so I don't view 2K's decision as weird.

2K might be planning to used retired players for multiple years. It might even be cheaper than putting a current NBA player on there.

I read somewhere that Mj will be in the game.

You can play scenarios as him and have to emulate some of his biggest moments.

I've heard that 2k is going to either include legendary teams or that MJ will be involved in My Player.
