JJ 2nd greatest Bobcat Sg of all time?

So he is better than either J Rich or Jax??
Before injury I think I would still take Bell over JJ.
Not saying he is awful or anything, but just think that was a bold statement.

As for what lottery pick I would swap for Wallace. If its a straight swap and while we are trying to remain a playoff team, I would do the #2 for Turner but thats probably about it.
If we were rebuilding and blowing the lot up, then I would probably swap him for any pick within the top 8.

Just for the record, I haven't considered Stephen Jackson to be a true SG for like 3-4 years now. He's as much of a shooting guard as Paul Pierce...

I wonder what Orlando is going to do with Lewis though. He's a catastrophe.

Wall for sure, Turner for sure - outside of those two probably not.

If Cousins didn't have such a massive question mark hanging over his mental state, body and if his playing style will cross over to the NBA I might say yes, but there are just too many red flags with him.

Sorry, but I don't see anything that would entice me to trade Crash to the Magic short of ORL taking on Diop's deal and going further into cap hell, AND the Bobcats getting a serious young talent or a high 1st rounder. The Magic don't have either (outside of D12, obviously untouchable). Let them stagnate in their role of the early 00's Nets before Dwight stops smiling and starts complaning about how he has no help.

Crash has a top 5 non-rookie contract in the league. He's not going cheap.

I wouldn't give up Crash for anyone in the draft except for Wall. Turner reminds me of Larry Hughes meets Darius Miles. Cousins or Monroe could be great players, but there's no reason to trade an All Star for "could be's".

The one team I'd consider for a Wallace trade is the Lakers.

CHA: Ron Artest, Sasha Vujacic (he played PG in Europe: Felton's replacement), Andrew Bynum
LAL: Wallace, Diop, S&T W/ Felton OR Mohammed

Ron Artest makes nearly half of what Wallace makes. He is still one of the best defensive players in the league (if not the best) and he'll score more points in our offense. Sasha is a steal with one year left on his contract (his minutes were cut this year thanks to Shannon Brown). Andrew Bynum gives us a legitimate post threat. We could potentially get three starters out of this trade if Sasha beats out Augustin for the PG spot.

I doubt that they would do it without Felton and I doubt that Artest would agree to come to Charlotte, but that would be excellent value for Wallace. Better than draft picks and an average veteran or two.

Artest is an idiot on offense. Any chance that the Rockets had of beating the Lakers last year was destroyed by Artest hijacking the offense and jacking up bad shot after bad shot. He should never be anything but a 4th-5th option at this point in his career. You thought that the Bobcats' O was bad before, imagine what'll happen when you replace one of the leagues most efficient scorers with a guy that chucks up garbage at every opportunity. Defensively, he can still perform, but he's still the kind of guy that needs serious leadership for him to stay successful and out of the headlines for doing crazy stuff.

Bynum would be nice if he wasn't injury prone. If the Lakers actually ran offense through him for 30 minutes, he'd be dead by October.

And Sasha Vujacic? LOL. When has he ever resembled an NBA player? This is the same guy who got (rightfully) booed by California at the Lakers championship parade. Not Sun Yue, Not Morrison, SASHA - THE MACHINE. He's horrible. Everytime he's on the court he's giving up a 4 point play, missing shots, or finding new and unique ways to be irrelevant in the Lakers' playoff runs. I can't believe anyone would say that he'd even be an improvement over ANY pg thats been in the playoffs this year. DJ on his worst day is still a better player than Sasha - everyday. Its not even like he's shown signs of being a decent player like Marco Jaric, Sasha has never been anything more than crappy role player at best. And now that he can't shoot - whats good about him? Its not his passing, not his defense, not his playmaking ability, he's not sound with the ball, he can't penetrate, he's not clutch, he's not even good enough for 6 hard, smart fouls.

This would be an even bigger robbery than the Lakers/Griz deal.

I'd become a Thunder fan the second this deal gets made.

I would swap Wallace for Turner in a hearbeat and would even consent to take on Brand's contract.

Once he gets a couple years a momentum, I expect Turner to be an allstar regular.

Throw In Diaw, then we could Re-Sign Thomas! Then I'd do it as a Bobcats fan! If 76ers fans don't like it, then who cares lol. If I were them I'd take Wallace over Turner in a heartbeat cause he's proven. Heck thrown Henderson in as well cause what's the point of having two very young SG's? So the final deal would be Wallace, Diaw, Henderson for Brand and #2 pick. Also we should try a sign and trade with Indiana with Felton to the Pacers for T.J. Ford and a their 40th overall pick. With that pick we should draft G Mikhail Torrance of Alabama. Then do a 3 team trade with Chicago and Denver. We trade Chandler, Diop, Augustin. Denver trades Nene, Andersen, Smith, and Afflalo. Chicago trades Deng and Gibson. We receive Nene and Smith. Denver receives Chandler, Deng, and Gibson. Chicago receives Diop, Augustin, Andersen and Afflalo. Then I say Re-Sign Ratliff to 1 year deal. Also sign Flip Murray. I would like us to sign Steve Novak as well.

Our lineup most likely would look like this.....

PG: T.J. Ford,Flip Murray,Mikhail Torance
SG: Evan Turner, J.R. Smith
SF: Stephen Jackson, Derrick Brown, Steve Novak
PF: Elton Brand, Tyrus Thomas
C: Nene Hilario, Nazr Mohammed, Theo Ratliff, Alexis Ajinca
