Jax Comments On Heat

Post#1 » by Bassman » Fri Jul 9, 2010 8:41 pm

Our own Stephen Jackson is part of a featured story on NBA.COM about his reaction to the Heat's players: http://www.nba.com/2010/news/07/09/jackson.heattrio.ap/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt2

It's a good read. In essence, he says he and the team respects those guys but in no way are they backing down. He's looking iorward to the challenge and tweeted his teamates, telling them to get prepared to go this season!

LOVE THAT ATTITUDE!
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Jax can talk the talk, but can he walk the walk? I'm not thrilled about him having more of those games where he single handedly shoots us out of the game

Personally I think the bobcats are the best team to match up with the Heat in a 7 game series... From the past 2 years we seen how we have handled teams that are far superior to us on paper, basically sweeping the cavs.. and sweeping the lakers in the season before...

We won't match up with the Heat unless we get some low-post scoring.
I'm a Charlotte Bobcats, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Braves and North Carolina Tar Heels fan!

We will if we trade for Ron Artest and LeBron throws a cup at him. ;)

I think that we'll match up well against the Heat. Our defense is arguably the best in the league. Jax and Crash can handle Wade and 'Bron and we can send Diop in to hack Bosh to death.

Add Hinrich as PG and you can DEFENSIVELY match the Heat/contain them

We do really match up well with them Jax on Wade and Crash on James with TT on Bosh. Neither team has a pg yet. Good match up.
