Its nothing informative. Pretty much everything that we already know.
What can be concluded from Higgins statement is that Dampier will not be with the Bobcats for long. Seems like they're looking to use him in a trade, if no trade exist I guess he will just be waived. Overall its crappy trade. The only we can look forward to is who we can trade Dampier for.

Please Bobcats do something with Center position Nazy/Diop is NOT gonna work.

Seeing as how finding a C replacement is going to be pretty difficult, i would be fine with Nazr/Diop down low IF we could somehow get a good starting PG. They better think of something because i think this trade only results in less trade assets (we acquired a player that had already been proven an uninteresting asset) and more salary cap problems because of the added salary...i really really do not see what the FO could possibly be thinking.

I find it positive, he's letting us know that they're not done and they're trying to get some deals done to bring some real talent in here, I can dig it myself!
