Working with them doesn't make you good, having skill does. Dwight has no technical ability whatsoever

I've always seen Russell as more of a sort of motivational speaker instead of a coach. You always hear about guys meeting him and being inspired by the exchange of words, but I have trouble thinking of many guys who've actually worked with him on a technical level.

Edit: I miss Sabonis :(

Swedd brings up a very good point. I was just wondering.. Who ARE the good technical teachers about post play and strategy? Names, please.
