Reading through that makes me question how Jack will handle LB (probably) leaving after next year. I see a lot of, "I listen to him because he's a HOF Coach". Any other guy who doesn't demand respect is going to have a tough time getting Jack to fall in line.

I wouldn't worry about that. Jack is matured a lot and he will do whatever it takes to win (as long as he is happy, anyway)

Exactly. Is Hanners going to make him happy? I doubt it. He's going to get an LB, Popp, Mike Brown type of guy he knows and trusts.
