White seems to make that OKC trade a sense from our standpoint, it looks like he was more than just a random filler for Higgins (insert whoever from our organization instead if you have to). Scores, rebnounds, doesn't do many mistakes. Already under contract for next year, a keeper and a nice player to have in rotation. Reliable.
Cunnigham - we have rest of the season to probe him how much consistent he could be with his shot and whether his good games are just a fluke or not. Without his shot he wouldn't be that special. With opur thin SF rotation probably wiorthy to bring back next year for final decision if he is good enough to have future in Charlotte or not. No risk, considerabel reward.
Joel - won't do much, big body, veterabn presence, could be a bit of a enforcer and bodyguard for smaller player on court, still not shooting much
; most probaly he won't return next year (has family somewhere else, history in Portland), so i guess enjoy all the fun he brings this year and say goodybe with no hard feelings. last but not least - we have a spot to use for 10-day contract tryouts, starting with Temple. Next year we should get a look on more players like that, metodically searching for hidden talents and get them chance to shine with us.
