Piggybacking on Tricky Ricky's piece and the "What he needs to do better" section for each player:

D.J. Augustin:
Learn to hit soft floaters in the lane rather than continually getting smashed by big PF/C's when you drive.

Bismack Biyombo:
Find a go to post move. With those massive arms can I recommend the skyhook?

Derrick Brown:
Get a jump shot.

Matt Carroll:
Get Larry the Clown out of your head and stop trying to drive the ball. Do what you do best - catch and shoot.

Boris Diaw:
Take over games when things go stale for us (which they tend to do at least once a quarter).

Gana Diop:
Play well enough to enable us to trade you.

Gerald Henderson:
Work on your handles. I would be ok if you didn't have a 3pt shot if you could get where ever you want to on the court the way D.Wade does.

Cory Higgins:
Prove you belong and not a part of F.O.R (friends of Rod).

Corey Maggette:
Don't forget there are 4 other dudes on the court wearing Bobcats uni's that could do with the in game experience of actually touching the ball every now and then.

Byron Mullens:
Grow a pair.

Eduardo Najera:
Wave a towel like your life depends on it any time your team mates do something good.

Tyrus Thomas:
Play within yourself.

Kemba Walker:
See: Corey Maggette 4 spots higher up.

D.J. White:
Work on your post D.

Reggie Williams:
Get healthy.

What do you guys think?

D.J. Augustin:
but up monster stats for a month then quietly request a trade around the all-star break to a team with a mid 1st round pick in 2012.

Bismack Biyombo:
spend this season thinking of two things, rebounding and positioning on defense. the blocks will come regardless this season. the offense will come over the summer.

Derrick Brown:
find your niche. right now i am suggesting - offensive rebounding specialist.

Matt Carroll:
don't think, just shoot.

Boris Diaw:
make a bet with MJ that if you average a career high in points and rebounds MJ has to come to france next summer and tour wineries with you for a month.

Gana Diop:
lose weight, get some speed back and resurrect your career as a defensive specialist

Gerald Henderson:
demand the ball more. dont let kemba and maggette freeze you out. make it happen by getting to the line or creating steals.

Cory Higgins:
send dad a thank you basket of cookies

Corey Maggette:
dont be a ball-stopper. nobody likes a ball-stopper

Byron Mullens:
sorry, there is nothing you can do. your life ended the day you signed the letter of intent to go to ohio state.

Eduardo Najera:
teach mullens how to get tougher

Tyrus Thomas:
#work harder

Kemba Walker:
you keep saying you are a point guard first and foremost, prove it.

D.J. White:
take tyrus' job so we can trade him for a 2012 mid-round 1st.

Reggie Williams:
watch ricky pierce highlights from the late 80s early 90s and set a goal to become the 6th man of the year in 2012.
