Any "lottery pick" is a pick made that someone got because they didn't make the playoffs.

you don't think it has anything to do with Corey **** Higgins being Kembas backup throughout that 0-11? if DJ came off the bench for Kemba, or we had a capable backup PG for Kemba we would have won some of those games
