Curry's reportedly lost over 100lbs and is back around his rookie playing weight. Unfortunately, it appears his skills have diminished to the point where he is just as worthless as he was when he was fat.

:-? :-? Why do I suggest these posts? Yes they are "far out there." The object is for all of us to throw out thoughts to Bobcat's Management how to get better. It's obvious with our current team,we are not even in the top 10 teams in the east and it could be said we are the worse team in the NBA.
The franchise is bleeding financially. Even Robert Johnson, a Savay Billionaire, saw this and dumped his majority ownership investment on MJ. He cut his loss, just like any of us would do. Now MJ is stuck with the team and says he wants to put a quality product on the floor and "someday "win. Cho is brought in to model the team after OKC. I recently saw him interviewed and if MJ is betting the ranch on him resurrecting the franchise we maybe in real trouble. If we don't get the
#1 pick in the 2012 Draft,He is going to have to make some real "ballsey" decisions. If they are wrong he maybe "coaching tennis" which sounded in the interview would be ok with him.

Just like anything in life unfortunately the final decision of
"if" the Bobcats survive will be based on MONEY.

Winning product on the floor + Happy Fans = Gate Reciepts = MONEY
Losing product on the floor + Unhappy Fans = NO Gate Reciepts = Bankruptcy

With America's current economic conditions, We all need to do everything we can to have happy fans and the best product possible on the floor.

PS- Cho with Roster spots open- I hope the team is planning on some 10 day contracts to evaluate players currently being released by other teams?

If you know your posts are out there you should not be surprised when people give you good natured ribbings. :D

No, the object is for we fans to have a good time sharing our ignorant opinions. Do you actually think anyone with any real connection to the BC management would waste their time on this board? Yes, we are the worst team in the league. What is your plan to get the #1 pick

Don't forget that Robert's poor decision making caused the trouble that Mike and Cho have to get this team out. When Mike decided to tank this team a year ago I seriously doubt that it was because of then highschool senior Anthony Davis. Failing to aquire Davis does not doom this team to Seattle. IMO

No Da Captaoin Obviouous, but you are being dramatic. I reiterate. When Mike decided to tank this team a year ago I seriously doubt that it was because of then highschool senior Anthony Davis. Failing to aquire Davis does not doom this team to Seattle. IMO

Why? We do not need to get better before next summer. So why pay extra guys we might not keep. Finacial troubles remember.

People are overrating the "financial problems."

Jordan has made it clear that he will spend money ... if the product warrants it. There's a reason we weren't going to commit 70-80 million to the playoff team a few years ago. Atlanta does that sh*t; we don't. Do you really want to be like Atlanta?

If Cho feels we're one "star" away from being a 50-win team, I'm sure Jordan will pay out the ass to get it done. Until then, why waste money he can gamble with in Vegas?

I really hope that Jordan doesn't just spend Bobcat money like that. I hope he just pays himself a salary which is looped in with the others, and any profits go back into the buisness.

 :) Well Said Quickie, but you are slightly off on a number of points.
First ....BC MGMT Does watch these boards...Believe me I know.
Second.... We both know they tanked the team when they didn't draft Brook Lopez and let Felton walk for nothing. In Fact you could say we started tanking long ago when we took Sean May over Danny Grainger and then Adam Morrison over Rudy Gay.
Third...Anthony Davis is not that great of #1 pick and I have posted before depending on our pick, that we should consider trading down to pick up #6 and #11 from Portland possibly adding DJA and TT for an expiring veteran like Felton to shed salary. Then draft Hinson or Barnes at 6 and at 11 draft Zeller or TJones
Maybe even resign Felton after July 1 when he becomes a FA for less money if he doesn't go to NJN when DWill leaves for BIGD. If he leaves after the draft sign a veteran FA Point to backup KW.
Fourth...10 Day contracts like the one SAC just Signed Twill for are cheap, but if you sit on your ass and do nothing waiting for summer you might miss a good player just released.
Finally.. with the record the Bobcats have had of scouting, coach turnover, and giving away veterans for nothing, they now have laid off allot of the front office staff which is a sign they are in real trouble.
Next year 2012-2013,better be 35-47 or MJ may be giving free hot dogs at the door to get people to come see them play.
And 2014 Hum Who Knows..Maybe Cho ? :o
