I was wondering if anyone was going to mention that.

We could get the same exact player except better by signing Brandon Bass though.

I'm all for this. Played great for Boston early in the playoffs, and he can be a starter, especially on the Bobcats. For whatever reason, Boston is looking to move him. I would definitely pursue signing him.

Boston just resigned KG to a fairly big deal, Looks like they are also brining in Jason Terry, and still in the hunt for Ray Allen. Drafting Sully and Melo gave them flexibility in bringing back Bass. I could see Sully getting minutes at 4 with KG at 5 and Melo spelling KG, or KG could play the 4 and Melo 5. Not sure if they still couldn't bring in a vet PF at the MLE if they aren't confident in the rookies. Not sure if we are the type of situation Bass is looking for. Especially if we aren't offering a boat load of cash.

I think they really like how Garnett performed against most 5s. His stats were boosted and defensively he's so good most can't really abuse him.

Like the idea of getting Tyler H, but I would want more for Hendo. I could get on board with a DJ sign and trade though.

Not that Henderson is particularly good, but Hansbrough is a terrible NBA player. He would do nothing but piss off UNC/bobcats fans by reminding them how badly most of Roy Williams players have busted in the league.

Yeah Hansborough's only purpose is to piss off opposing teams by committing super hard fouls. He really has little redeeming qualities outside of that.

Hansborough is an awesome player...if the game is officiated by ACC refs.

+1

Hansborough is a 15 min energy guy at best. A career role play... pass.
