wonder what's gonna happen to him

That's a great way to start out with an organization that views character as very important.

Bobcats are aware assistant coach Bob Beyer was arrested following an incident in a bar in upstate NY. Team has not commented so far.

quick guess... coach beyer likes the ponies. saratoga race track open house was this past sunday with the track opening day scheduled for friday. lots of people in town for this week.

if it was a month ago i would have suggested he was a phish head since phish played 3 nights at saratoga performing arts center (spac)

Davis Williams ‏@DayvisWilliams 3h

A man was being taken into custody when Beyer tried to stop it, he was charged with obstructing governmental administration/resisting arrest

Eh. Didn't really do anything wrong other than trying to keep a friend from getting arrested.

I'm just glad it wasn't a player. Coaches are OK for getting arrested. lol!!! In all seriousness, bet he gets fined by the league and it all goes away.

the worst part of this arrest for beyer is the timing. its so slow right now that this thread will stay on front page for weeks. if this happened in june or october we'd have talked about it for 20 minutes and it would be gone from memory.
