Cam will be a superstar with a coach that performs at or above a high school level (read: not Ron Rivera)
For Cam Newton to be truly successful one of two things needs to happen:
1) Ron Rivera FINALLY gets fired.
2) Ron Rivera's head finally awakens from a three-year slumber about a foot up his own ass.
