Hypothetically speaking I want to say that anybody that lands a top 3 pick in the 2014 draft theoretically has the #1 pick. Wiggins, Randle, and whoever is the 3rd prospect between Smart, Exum, and etc. would be #1 picks in the casual NBA draft no matter how you flip it. I don't see any of them as LeBron level talents though.

A top 3-4 pick in this draft is just as good if not better than the first pick in any other draft.
