I don't think there's any Joe Johnson haters. At least there shouldn't be. He's a great player that just never deserved a max contract and the new CBA only amplifies how overpaid he is. You can't blame him for taking the money. Blame the team that was desperate enough to pay him and now have to deal with it.

There was a group of people bashing him hard, and not because of his contract, about 4 months ago saying he brought no value at all and didn't shine in any one area of the game.

It's rumored that the Kings are going to "swing for the fences" before the trade deadline, and that they are heavily inquiring about Klay Thompson. I wonder who would Sacramento try to include in a deal that would land them Thompson...hmmm...

The Warriors wouldn't do it, at least not unless the Kings were trading DeMarcus Cousins, which is very very very unlikely. That's the just the Kings blowing smoke because they really want to get out of the McLemore sweepstakes as soon as possible while the perception is still "he's a good young talent with potential to be a all-star" without saying as much. The Kings know that the Warriors are going to be in a bit of a fickle & must choose between Thompson & Harrison Barnes in the near future with Andre Iguodala's contract on board, so they're just inquiring
