lol " before this conversation go a whole nother way ". Whatever that means. Calm down. We are having a discussion, a debate, like we do every single night almost. It will be OK, I promise. No need in getting upset

That being said Clifford is the head coach, and he absolutely does not put anyone in charge of offense or defense. He controls everything, This isn't New Jersey where Kidd stands around and assistant coaches depict what players do here and there. Ease it down there fella. Love you.

Like I said don't tell me I'm bitching because I ain't no bitch and chill out with all of those lols because it come off as disrespectful. Other than that I'm just discussing my opinion. If assistant coaches didn't matter then you shouldn't have no place defending Silas as if he's making a difference. I don't think he's a good assistant coach and I have the right to feel that way just like you have the right to disagree but no need to pop fly. I didn't get disrespectful with you so don't try that stuff with me.

lol. It will be ok. I respect your opinion. lol

Im just glad the officials didn't foul out our entire starting five after watching that game. Im still pissed.

I think Christmas fouled Parker out with a flop, how about you?

Christmas fouled him out with a flop. Jefferson had a legitimate 5th foul but whatever his name was flopped and acted like he was shot and killed. Hood dunked the hell out of the ball and hit left arm was obviously hit plain as day. I can go on and on. Let the players freaking play for Christ sake.

Silas always give a good halftime interview, I'll give him that for sure.

I remember once Ewing said that the team needed to play better defense and score more points.

I was okay with the Hood dunk attempt non-call. I saw some body contact but it was 50/50 enough I'd give the defense the benefit of the doubt.

Wow, how bad is this game when Zeller wins POG with 11 points?

He actually played EXACTLY 27 in our two games prior to this one (LAL and DEN), 22 vs. CHI, 18 vs. NYK, 25 vs. LAC... the last time he broke 30 was MLK day vs. the Raps. The game before that he only played 18 minutes vs. Miami. Season high is apparently 37 vs. the Cavs on Nov. 1.

He might not return then. Lol

As we assumed...though, to be fair no one played more than 27 minutes.

I'm not even that mad. The reserves got playing time and experience and got rest for the starters for the game on Tuesday vs Golden St. 2-1 so far on this road trip ain't bad.

Only good thing about that game was watching Zeller play well and MKG fire up in the 3rd.
Our offense is still ugly and disgusting (pass to Al, and little to no movement at all) and we can't ever seem to stop penetration from a guard on D.

Wow... Calm down.

In my opinion, you haven't got any facts to base your arguments on. This isn't the NFL where there's a coaching position called the offensive coordinator and the person who has that job is responsible for the offense to succeed. For all we know Clifford might be a head coach who does take input about the offense yet at the end of the day sticks to his own approach.

The same goes for Silas not being a good assistant coach. How can you know that? We haven't even had any good articles about him and the job he's doing. All we know is that the players like him.

It seems like blindly putting the blame on someone just for the sake of it, just because we're the damn Bobcats.

When all else fails lets blame it all on "the head of player development" Stephen Silas!.

Not a bad place to start since Charlotte seem like they've been 'developing' players for a while now without much progress. Gerald Henderson hasn't developed much, same player since 2010. Kemba Walker has developed, but he's pretty much the same player that he was at UConn, so if I would give anybody credit for that it would be Mike Dunlap for giving him the vote of confidence last year. Bismack Biyombo hasn't developed as much as most would like, and his perception around the league is that he's a bust. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist hasn't developed anything that he didn't have at Kentucky, and I might even venture to say that he's regressed as a player since he has been lacking aggressiveness/confidence on the offensive end. I can't even speak on Cody Zeller's development since he might be the worst lottery pick in Bobcats history based on his inefficient production

There are two players that I've seen developed in the 4 years that I've been watching the Bobcats games devoutly. Gerald Henderson who was groomed and helped by Jordan himself, and Kemba, who we brought in a whole system in order to help make the game easier for, the same system we really use to this day.

We don't play with a style beneficial to ALL of the players on this team. The treatment of MKG has been terrible and were responsible for stunting the growth and development of Biz, MKG and Zeller.
