I'm hearing 6-12 inches but this is going to be one of those wait till I see it. Think it will be more around 3-4 inches instead.

i figure i have 3-4 inches outside now.. its snowing harding now (1:25) as it has all day. is this the peak?

anyone try to go for a drive today?

when we had a ice storm some years back it was much worse than any snow. we didnt have heat for at least 24 hours. that was not fun

in my area i've heard anywhere from 4-8 inches....right now it looks like about 2.5 inches at 2:15

I have 2.5-3 inches outside my place. Heard storm won't be over till tomorrow around lunchtime. This cant be good.

ice storm of 2002. worst road conditions ive seen in my life. you could barely walk on the roads, let alone drive on them.

if the power goes out i guess i'll build an igloo or use the couch cushions, pillows and covers to build a fort and sit in that for a while and use a little gas heater

Got about 5-6 inches here and now it is getting covered in a layer of ice from a wintery mix.

AHAHA you guys down south are funny, In CT we literally got 3 feet of snow in ONE storm last year, and tomorrow were getting a foot and everyone still goes to work.

and to be fair, most cities up north have transportation that can function during heavy snow, like subways and trains and lots of people in the big cities live downtown near the businesses. every city down south is a sprawling see of suburbs and everyone is a slave to the interstates to get them from home to job.

He means that everytime there is a heat wave in the north east (anything above 90) you see old bastards playing with the water hose and acting as if they are dying or paralyzed and its national news.

LOL fair enough but id like to see how the people down south act during a arctic vortex and its 5 degrees everyday. Trust me im not happy about it I want to move down south more than anything but I got a good job up here.
