Evan Turner is garbage.

Shumpert isn't even that good.

Would rather have Shumpert than Evan Turner. Every day of the week.

Because he's cheaper. That is really the only reason.

If we trade that pick and Gordon for Turner he better set the freaking world on fire and resign for us cheap. That'd be a ridiculous trade.

well that would be nice but that is very unlikely, I'd much rather have him than Gerald Suckerson, we can finally bench his ass if that happened

No offense here because I am not a fan of Henderson either, but Henderson is every bit as good, and in my opinion a better overall player than Turner. Equal players on the offensive end, but Henderson is better on the defensive end. Both of them are 6th men on good teams and nothing more.

Can't trade a 1st rounder of ours since our current one could be owed to the Bulls next year. Make it the Portland pick and maybe. But we could do better.

Street value right now of Josh Smith is Amare Stoudamire. Just include Monroe.

Would anyone do a deal with New Orleans like this:

New Orleans trades Anthony Morrow and Austin Rivers

Charlotte trades Ramon Sessions and Portland pick

I don't think so. It's looking like the Portland pick is pick 24 with a very slim chance it drops a couple notches to 22. After pick 14, the draft landscape is very similar to round out the first round. These are all valuable picks which is why every seller is demanding them and every buyer (specifically the Suns and Bobcats) refuse to trade them. I think if you see the Blazers pick go in a trade it would be for Afflalo.

Why wouldn't we just cut out Rivers and Sessions, and trade the pick for Morrow instead? I wouldn't want to do that either, but that makes more sense to me. Losing Sessions would be a big blow without an adequate replacement.
Humble yourself.

Probably right. Heck I'd throw in the 2nd round pick in 2016 if that's available.
