yeah, like 2011. I think some of you enjoy losing games. We tank for 3 or 4 years with what effect? We have to sign a big free agent for shot the PO.

We´re in the right direction. We are building a winning culture for the future Hornets, thant´s is most important.

I think people underestimate our young guys. In order for them to grow efficiently they have to be in a winning culture. Look at Sacramento. Year in and year out horrible culture and top picks. They could draft Jesus and he would struggle in that type of environment.

^^ This. Total agree.

Young guys like Kemba, MKG, Biz needs to learn to compite and to win games.

We tank, ok. We get a nice pick, ok. A player with a hypothetical potencial. And then what? Lose and lose? Make 7 or 20 victories? And then? When we take several seasons and the thing doesn`t work? We throw down and rebuild again? I´m tire to lose. I want see my team compete.

People wait for the new LeBron or the new Durant... that´is very difficult. Maybe we have to wait several years for that. And these years that we have to waiting for I prefer see the team compete and winning games. Yo never know when a star will arrive to the team. Maybe one year you have a #10 pick and you choose one player called Paul George, for example

Exactly. People talk about this years draft.. Sure its good and all, but there is no Lebron, Wade, Durant, or even Carmelo for that matter. There are some really nice prospects, but not game changers to the point where your franchise will be totally altered in one season.

He needs more minutes to impact the game, but this is true.

He will impact the game a ton in 2 years when Jefferson leaves. Pre game they showed Jefferson and Biyombo working with each other. Biyombo can learn as much or probably more from Jefferson than he can Ewing or any assistant coach on the roster. Kanter and Favors raved about how much Jefferson helped them develop.

Al should make a very good assistant coach one day with a role of big man development

If he is smart he will retire in a couple years and take Stephanie into his lair, aka his 1200 square foot bed and bang her for the rest of his life

I don't know. That Jabari Parker guy is pretty good, and I could see him changing the fortunes of whatever lottery team that draft him within 2 years (but I don't have to tell you as a Duke fan). Joel Embiid too, but it may take a while before his potential pay off, like 4-5 years

Might be a Paul George or two but Paul took a few seasons before he broke out

Parker is a stud, but if we were to "tank" at this point we won't sniff a top 5 pick, or even a top 7 pick. Hell if we tried to tank we would probably barely miss the playoffs and lose our pick altogether. The tanking discussion is moot at this point. Only 28 games or so left.

Tonight was a battle of the top snubs in the All star game, Drummond Leads the NBA in Offensive Reounbds, the East in Rebounds, Double Doubles and has the Highest FG% and Big Al is hands down the best post player in the NBA and easily the best offensive center.

really sprite? really?

so, um... zeller was pretty terrible tonight. lot of good that trip back to bloomington did him.

great stuff from al, kemba and mcbob tonight (and MKG when he played - except the free throws), and also sessions.

that game was old school, in the paint action. tomorrow should be intense, unless one of the two teams mails it in. we have been pretty bad on the 2nd night of back to back games this year (feel-o-meter).

so, drummond plays like a young moses malone. offensive rebound galore.

why havent the pistons traded monroe yet? do it already.
