I wouldn't want him for 10M a year. I'd be very uncertain about giving him anymore than Afflalo money.

I've been on the Hayward bandwagon for a long time. He would be great here.

Charlotte wings are the weak spot of the team, clearly.

Henderson, Neal, Kidd-Gilchrist and Taylor are useful, the rest...meh.

You need upgrades there.

If McRoberts continues you will have something like,

Walker
Henderson, Neal
Kidd-Gilchrist, Taylor
Zeller, McRoberts
Jefferson, Biyombo, Haywood

Tolliver will be nice, but only for the minimun, there is no point in paying more for a guy like him, and my guess is that he will prefer to join a more competitive team for that money, the way he is shooting he can carve a role in the Spurs model for example, Douglas-Roberts will take the min, but I don't think he is a surefire thing as a rotation player, okay with him as the 13-14th player, re-signing Ridnour if he accepts the minimun could be okay, my guess is he will leave.

Charlotte must go after scoring, a combo guard and a combo forward, with the highest upside and that can put points on the board, perfect situation? Doug McDermott and Andrew Harrison, that way you will have,

Walker, Harrison
Henderson, Taylor, Neal
Kidd-Gilchrist, McDermott, Douglas-Roberts
Zeller, McRoberts
Jefferson, Biyombo, Haywood
+whoever you draft in the 2nd round

Fiscella, no offense but do you watch the Bobcats at all? Outside shooting from Tolliver and CDR has been extraordinarily useful recently. Just seems odd to me that you leave off our two best three point shooters but include JT on your list of useful players - I think most of us would take Tolliver's production as a high water mark for JT's potential.

Some good thoughts in this thread, and I'm 100% on board with bringing Hendo off the bench with the second unit.

Trade Hendo, draft Gary Harris. I would like for us to get a defensive power forward who can score at the same time (a guy like paul milsap would be nice) but I don't know how exactly that would happen
