If MKG does not start, that will be 4 top 10 picks in consecutive years that are none starters. This organization needs some talent evaluators not just computer wiz that cho has brought in.

According to 82games.com, Marvin Williams played 63 percent of the Utah Jazz's power forward minutes last season, and sported a Player Efficiency Rating of 14.3 at the four while his opponents averaged a PER of 18.8 against him. In contrast, Zeller played at the power forward spot in 47 percent of the team's minutes at the position, with a PER of 14.1. Interestingly, his opponents posted an average PER of 14.7.

Hopefully Clifford won't be too stubborn about making the switch from Williams to Zeller at starting PF and make it happen within the first few weeks of the regular season instead of waiting until All-Star break

Or maybe Williams will just outplay Zeller? Is that such an unthinkable possibilty?

If MKG don't start for Hendo it's gonna be hard to watch without bickering even in a win. Zeller should start over Messy Marv too. Only time will tell tho.

I think competition is great. Will bring out the best in both MKG, and in Henderson and make the team overall better.

Clifford can run a starting lineup that doesn't have any black holes and he needs that considering the lack of sharp-shooting across the roster. Henderson is going to keep that spot. He just knows how to play the game on offense far better than MKG and he's no slouch on defense. The team needs offense.

Technically if Henderson did win the last starting spot I think it would be Stephenson taking MKG's spot, as I don't see why Clifford would play Henderson at the 3 and Stephenson at the 2. Stephenson proved during last years playoffs while guarding Lebron that he is much better at guarding the 3 than Henderson is.

I think MKG starts, and Henderson comes off the bench, and we finish the game with the small lineup.

Unless Zeller performs virtually the same way he did at the start of last season this season then I find it to be a very unlikely possibility

I find it hard to believe Marvin isn't going to play as well as Zeller did at the end of last season. Yes Zeller showed some promise, but he was still a long way from being legit as a starter. Marvin at PF isn't exciting either, but at least for now, he's our best option, and the best fit. Let Zeller and Biz play uptempo in the second unit rather than slow them down next to Al.
