Mine are relative to their potential (did they play as well as they are capable of playing), not just raw value (were they more responsible for team success than others). Biz obviously is not as valuable as Kemba IMO.

Kemba B+
Al C
Henderson B-
MKG B
Cody C+
Biz B+
Marvin C+
Lance D+
Neal C
Roberts C
Hairston D
Maxiell C

No one gets an A from me, no one has not been at least a little disappointing.

I'm a homer for no one on this team. I just also am not a hater for anyone either.

yosemite, you are the most positive person in the history of this board. if you aren't handing out As, who will? conversely, looking forward to brother dave giving everyone an F.

Surely Cho deserves better than an F. You gave his draft picks A, A-, B, C+, F. Can homeboy at least get a high D?

Bonnell gave the team a C, but was very generous with the individual grades. The individual grades are like a 2.95, just below a B average, but the whole team gets a C. Makes sense.

It's mainly because he has failed to address a major flaw over multiple drafts, free agencies and trade deadlines. Also, without Kemba, the grades of his peers would drop. Also look at our record - a lot of dead weight on that roster. I also am a huge fan of Cliff and feel he has coached up everybody in the absence of Lance, Al and now Kemba.

My overall grade is a D for the class. They're the class that comes in at the end of the day, jacked up on jolly ranchers and other candies with high fructose corn syrup. They are collectively dysfunctional but individually improving upon their skill base. Cliff is a great coach.

I was a little more forgiving toward Neal than some because he had such an impressive November.

Kemba: B+ (only reason it's not an A is the miserable start to the year)
Henderson: B (looked bad to start, really rounded into form when Lance was injured)
MKG: A (the record during his injury and our defensive dropoff are all the proof I need)
Zeller: B- (improving, but it's been up and down)
Al: D+ (incredibly disappointing relative to expectations, really hope he turns it around now that he's healthy)
Biz: A (when given the opportunity he has produced, what more can you ask? looks very much improved)
Marvin: C+ (was a disaster early, but he's thriving as a stretch 4 off the bench now)
Lance: D (very disappointing relative to expectations, signs of life the last two games though. Fingers crossed)
Neal: D (Was really good to start the year, then nose dived)
Roberts: D (a smattering of good games, otherwise super weak)
Hairston: C- (typical rookie, shows flashes, then flames out. I think in two years he'll be a very nice rotation guy though)
Maxiell: D (Was an F til about two weeks ago, really stepped up when Al went down)
Vonleh: INC (not enough minutes, even when he plays it's obvious the offense runs no sets with him in mind. All potential)
Pargo: INC (vet presence in the locker room, meh, he does his job)
Taylor: INC (has a shot to be better, we'll see how it goes)

Bonus Grades:
Clifford: C (injuries saved him from himself. He needs an offensive coordinator badly though)
Cho: B- (Kemba, MKG, Biz all look good these day while Cody is improving)
Mark Price: A+++++++ (if he can teach MKG to shoot 3s at a decent % by next year I will name my first born son after him)
Hugo the Hornet: A+ (love the redesign)
New Logo: A+ (see above)
The Hive: C (was lackluster at first, seems to be picking up these days)
Honey Bees: A+ (you the real MVP)

I do sometimes chuckle and think, man, sure would be nice if Price could work some magic on Hendo, Kemba, Neal, Lance and Hairston's perimeter game because they are struggling.

Bench...............................D

Quality depth was a concern entering this season ... and it remains one. Gary Neal and Brian Roberts have had their moments, as have Bismack Biyombo and Jason Maxiell, but the Hornets overall need more.

Pretty much sums it up for me
