Frankly, our two biggest pickups in the last two years (Stephenson and Jefferson) just aren't fitting well at all. Maybe we can get a team to not bring their brain and trade that combination for a high, lottery pick.

Everyone can be dealt, I'd say MKG is our best young player but we've never utilized him properly. Biz is a severely undersized center at 6'8 with very little offensive abilities. Vonleh fell to us for a reason and now we see why, he's very young and not as polished as he was made to seem by the pundits. He'll need another 2 seasons before he is a vital contributor and by that point he'll be in a contract season. Zeller is also talented, but again, our development guys want to turn him into a Ryan Anderson type big when he's closer to being a Tom Chambers type. We are falling apart, bad fits like you mentioned, bad coaching philosophy, lack of real floor leadership, lack of a true PG, lack of scorers, we have a solid players with good attitudes who compete hard, but that can only take you so far. If we miss the playoffs and get a high draft pick, I hope we get Mudiay to run the show, and I'd trade Lance, Al and even Kemba in hopes of getting real talent.

Spot on.

The giant athletic freak who has never played basketball until last week (Biz)

This is my least favorite pickup game stereotype to play against. I'm always worried they are going to clothesline me in the lane or randomly plow me over for no reason because they are awkwardly flailing their body around all over the court.
